Stone Coated Steel Roof Tile
Stone coated steel roof tile is made from aluminized zinc plated steel, then coated with stone chips and attached to the steel with an acrylic film. Combining the durability of steel with the texture of stone chips, this roof tile provides long-term protection and elegant aesthetics. It resists wind, impact, and corrosion, while being significantly lighter than traditional tiles—suitable for various roof slopes and architectural styles.
-
Extreme Weather Resistance
Multi-layer anti-corrosion coating with high-temperature baked stone chips ensures UV and chemical resistance.
-

Stone Coated Roofing Tile Uses
Stone coated steel roof tile provides elegant design and various color options. Also, it can suit different weather conditions, even extremely hot and cold weather, strong wind, heavy rain, etc. That’s why it is widely used for different styles of residential or commercial buildings, such as villas, resorts, apartments, other construction roofs, etc.
Will the stone chips fall off?
High-temperature baking and resin bonding ensure the stone chips adhere firmly; minimal shedding may occur but does not affect performance or waterproofing.
What roof slopes is it suitable for?
Recommended slope ≥ 15° (approx. 3:12). Lower slopes require additional waterproofing treatment.
Can it withstand snow loads?
The tiles are lightweight yet strong, capable of handling typical snow loads when installed with proper structural design. For mountain regions, structural verification is recommended.
