The color-coated steel sheet will be in contact with impurities in the air during use. In this way, we need to clean it regularly over a long period. We often use two methods: cleaning and degreasing and using chemical cleaning agents.
The cleaning and degreasing treatment is mainly to remove the oil and impurities particles on the surface of the substrate by using the functions of industrial chemical cleaning solutions such as dissolution, saponification, emulsification, wetting, penetration and mechanical. At present, the chemical cleaning liquid used in most production lines consists of complexing agents, surfactants, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, polyphosphoric acid, and other components, and is an alkaline solution. The effect of degreasing and degreasing mainly depends on the concentration of the cleaning solution, the temperature and the cleaning time of the steel strip. Control the concentration and temperature of the cleaning solution during the cleaning process. The concentration of the cleaning solution is too low, the surface of the substrate is not cleaned with oil, which causes defects in the subsequent chemical treatment and affects the quality of the coating; if the concentration is too high, the zinc and aluminum contained in the galvanized sheet are amphoteric metals. Cardio is easily formed on the surface of the aluminum layer, causing severe corrosion, which affects the subsequent chemical coating effect.
Chemical cleaning agents generally contain surfactants, and the temperature at which various surfactants exert their effects varies. If the temperature is too high, the stability of the surfactant will decrease, which will reduce the ability of the cleaning solution to remove oil stains; if the temperature is too low, the saponification reaction speed will be slow and the oil stains will not be completely removed, and more foam will be generated to affect the cleaning effect. Also, the temperature of the cleaning solution is too high, which will accelerate the corrosion of the zinc and aluminum layers when the solution is added or subtracted.
