1. Different paint types have differences in tensile strength, flexibility, cohesiveness, performance parameters and other aspects. Polyester is an industrial paint with very high demand at this stage, with average performance parameters, good tensile strength and ductility, and a moderate price. Silicone modified material rubber products have strong performance parameters, gloss and color retention, but the ductility is slightly reduced, and the high aging resistance polyester is cost-effective. Polyethylene fluoride has excellent performance parameters, good ductility, but low tensile strength, few colors available, and high price. 2. There are certain differences in the adhesion, ductility and corrosion resistance of different paints. The combination of epoxy glue and base carbon steel plate is of high quality and high corrosion resistance, but the ductility is not as good as other paints. Polyester has good adhesion to carbon steel plate and excellent ductility, but its corrosion resistance is not as good as epoxy adhesive. PC polycarbonate is a comprehensive paint with good performance. The paint is generally selected by the agent according to the production process, the application field, the corrosion of the applied topography, and the matching relationship with the paint.

3. Corrosion resistance generally increases with the increase of the coating thickness. When purchasing, the coating thickness should be established based on the corrosion of the applied topography, service life, performance parameters and other factors.
