1. There are sockets on both sides of the ridge tile. When two color-coated corrugated boards are overlapped, the big end of the upper ridge tile buckles the small head of the lower ridge tile. For laying of positive ridges, you need to fix the positive ridges on both sides of the laying line of the positive baffle; lay the positive ridge tiles on the line, and the ridge tiles should be laid against the wind; then adjust the ridges to align the positive ridges with the color-coated corrugated board.
2. To install the corrugated color steel sheets positive ridge tiles from one side, the large part should be cut off in the first piece, and the two wings of the positive ridge tile should be close to the main sloping tile, and the color-coated corrugated board corrugated board should be consistent with the main sloping tile. Use special fastening kits to fix the protruding parts of the color-coated corrugated board with the main tiles and purlins. There are 2-3 fixed points, and the laying direction is the same as that of the main tile. The extra part at the end should be cut off.
3. There are sockets on both sides of the oblique ridge tiles. When two color-coated corrugated boards are overlapped, the big end of the upper ridge tile buckles the small head of the lower ridge tile.
4. The center line of the corrugated color steel sheets diagonal ridge tile is aligned with the diagonal eaves. Use a special fastening kit to connect and fix the diagonal ridge tile and the color-coated corrugated board on the protruding part of the color-coated corrugated board. There are 3 fixing points, and the laying direction is determined by Bottom up.
5. Cut off the extra part of the oblique ridge tile at the end.
6. The oblique ridge head is installed at the lower end of the oblique ridge tile, extending 100mm-200mm, and the head is fixed with a special rivet and the oblique ridge tile, with 2 fixing points.
7. Jointing and corrugated color steel sheets surface cleaning, first use cement mortar to joint the gap, then clean the color-coated corrugated board surface, and then use an air compressor to perform surface treatment on the color-coated corrugated board roof.
