Precautions during installation of corrugated color steel sheets:
1. Corrugated color steel sheets has light weight and clever structure design, so the installation procedure is relatively simple. But be careful when installing, try not to walk on the tiles. 2. Pay attention to the weather when installing corrugated color steel sheets. Do not install it in bad weather, which will cause great inconvenience. In addition, the construction staff must be professionals.
3. The skeleton structure used for the installation and construction of the color-coated corrugated board must be firmly built, and protection and safety warnings should be prepared below to prevent accidental falling objects from causing harm to pedestrians. If there is a large flow of people near the corrugated color steel sheets construction site, it is recommended to arrange a person on the ground to guide and remind passers-by.
4. The builder should choose the way of laying tiles before installing the corrugated color steel sheets. Generally, the laying methods of tiles are overlapped and staggered. If the length of the house is less than 15m, the overlapped type can be used, and the roof is greater than 15m. Use staggered.
5. Determine the installation method and start to install the sealing strip. The constructor separates the sealing strip in two halves, then presses the roof against the tile pattern of the color-coated corrugated sheet, covers it with ridge tiles, and fixes it with special nails. The joints of the side tiles are sealed with cement and then directly covered with color-coated corrugated boards.
6. The connection of the inclined surface needs to be cut according to the angle and length of the color-coated corrugated board, and then installed at the bottom to receive water treatment, and then use waterproof adhesive or cement for finishing.
7. When doing the waterproof treatment of the protruding part, the constructor should choose the waterproof material and size, and then put the color-coated corrugated board on the water receiving place after installation.
8. After installation, the color-coated corrugated sheet needs to be fixed in the middle of the tile bone with special nails to play a waterproof role. Usually the interval of the special nails is about 0.5m horizontally and vertically, and the special nails should be fixed from the lower end of the color-coated corrugated sheet. The roof direction can be beautiful and tidy.
