1. Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. The thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc bath to make the surface of the thin steel plate adhered with a layer of zinc. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, continuous immersion of rolled steel sheets in a galvanized bath with molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheets;
2. Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but after it is out of the tank, it is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This kind of galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability;
3. Electro-galvanized steel sheet. The galvanized sheet produced by the electroplating method has good workability. But the coating is thinner, and the corrosion resistance is not as good as the hot-dip galvanized sheet;
4. Single-sided galvanized steel and double-sided differential galvanized steel. Single-sided galvanized steel sheet is a product that is galvanized on one side only. In welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc., it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of uncoated zinc on one side, there is another kind of galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet;
5. Alloy and composite galvanized sheet. It is made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc, etc. to make alloys or even composite plated steel plates. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent anti-rust performance, but also has good coating performance.
Matters needing attention in transportation and storage of galvanized steel sheet:
1. Choose a ventilated place for storage in the house to avoid dew erosion or moisture penetration;
2. Confirm that the galvanized sheet did not damage the packaging paper during storage;
3. Shorten the storage time as much as possible and protect its surface before corrosion;
4. If the plate is subjected to abnormal external pressure, the zinc layer will partly fall off;
5. Prevent dirt and oil powder from sticking to the surface, which will affect the galvanizing effect;
6. Skids or support frames should be added under the galvanized sheet, and the number of stacked layers should not exceed two;
7. The rain cloth should be covered during transportation, and it must be cushioned with skids and rubber, and fixed with ropes.
